Do you go through this when you travel? Geez I'm excited. I don't want to go I'll miss LO. I can't wait to be there. Crud what did I forget? Did I close the windows? Did I confirm the hotel? Did I get a shuttle? Did I pack (list just about anything here)? Do I have euros? Is my passport valid.
Geez. It's like I'm going to the amazon. They do have stores there you know!
I probably did over pack. Or underpack and I forgot something important that I'm sure they don't have in Paris
It is funny - as excited as I am and as much as I like to travel it is always hard/bittersweet leaving - go figure!
Almost didn't make it out tonight. Mechanical issue on plane in Cbus to Detroit. Mechanics there couldn't fix. Had to drive someone in - 3 hours out! That flight leaves now 11:45 pm! My Paris flight left at 6 pm. But I was right place right time. I went to podium to get a status as they got word - so got last seat on Atlanta flight and have an 8:20 to Paris! Will lose time in Paris but beats losing a whole day! Lucky!
Which gives me more time to ponder what I should have done/packed and didn't. Sigh. And now I'm hungry and it will be awhile for a meal!
But I'll be in Paris soon so who cares!
