Climbing mountains on your bicycle: 7-8 mph up, 45 mph down! 80 degrees at the bottom, 40 degrees at the top!
I mentioned how we dodged some sketchy weather in Colorado and that one of the passes we were climbing a guy tried earlier in the week and was turned back due to the SNOW! In June!
Well one group of guys was game and made it all the way up regardless of the weather! This was taken the week or week before we climbed:
Cool that they were using the same climb as a training route! Wonder how long it took them!
It was cold up there -- Enjoy the pictures!
Happy Birthday Dad

Man, you are quick. I just got done with the last one. I registered for the race, and set up my donation page. I also set up an event of Facebook (I've never done that before, so it took a while) and invited all my friends (which isn't that many) to help donate money for the cause. I went with your $50 suggested donation, but said that less is great if that is all they can do. I also plan on talking to my clients and people at work as well. You've inspired me to raise as much money as I can. I signed up for a $300 total, but I hope I can do better than that. I just wasn't sure if that meant I was committed to more, and I didn't want to disappoint.
