Quick post. Yesterday we rode around Girona lots of traffic and round abouts. We hit a bit of the country with wheat fields surrounding a cool monastary but no time for pics! Mountains in distance with blue tint shrouded in clouds. Beautiful.
Can´t wait for today. Great group of folks, 3 native frenchmen so i´m trying out my french whenever i can. So far I´ve been using Spanish (of which I know very few words!) mingled with French because I forget.
Great meals. Last nights starter I thought was dinner! I will gain any weight I lost to get ready for this trip.
Have to fly as they are ready to ride.

Wondered if you learned any Spanish - hope it was a great ride, can't wait to hear. Last I had seen, Lance lost by seconds for the yellow shirt - nice to see he's picking up. Be safe.
ReplyDeleteAll you need to know in Spanish is (sp?) "Donde esta el bano." I figure that is not spelled right, as the way it sounds is probably not the way they spell it, but if you can find the john, you will handle everything else alright.
